OPPORTUNITIES
We are currently recruiting internally for an
Administrative Assistant to join our growing, dynamic and professional team! This is a full-time position.
Resonsbilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receptionist function: client meet and greet, answering telephones (as backup to automated voicemail system)
Maintenance of client/contact database
Monthly breakfast seminar/occasional event coordination; compilation of promotional/informational kit folders/materials.
Maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment; purchase and organization of office supplies inventory
Incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
Processing/typing of correspondence, invoices and financial statements; assembly of personal and corporate tax returns.
Daily information system tape backups and logs
File management
Requisite skills, experience and education include the following:
successful completion of a recognized office administration program or diploma
3+ years experience in a similar role in a busy professional environment
Superior client service and telephone skills are mandatory; ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset.
Strong knowledge of MS office applications is essential (specifically Word and Publisher); prior experience with TaxPrep, Caseware, GroupMail and Maximizer is a bonus
